Information We Collect
Information you provide directly: If you contact us, submit a buy/sell listing, or message our AI Repair Technician tool, we collect what you enter — such as your name, email, phone number, general location, and the content of your message, listing, or question.
Automatically collected information: Like most websites, we automatically collect certain data when you visit — your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and how you interact with the site. We collect this through the tools listed below.
Buy/Sell Used Equipment Listings
If you submit a listing to sell your used equipment, we publish your name, general location (city, state, and ZIP), device details, and description on a public listing page. We do not publish your email or phone number on the listing itself.
When a buyer contacts you about your listing: we email you the buyer’s message along with their email address, so you can reply directly. We also let the buyer know, at the time they send their message, that their email address will be shared with the seller.
Once the seller replies, the conversation continues directly between buyer and seller by email, outside our systems — we are not part of, and do not monitor, that exchange. At that point, the seller’s email address also becomes visible to the buyer, the same way it would in any normal email reply.
RETENTION: Listings remain live for 90 days/until you request removal/indefinitely. To remove your listing, contact us at contact us.
