I want to let you know that Peter in sales is great he helped me get my scooter and then went over and above to make sure I got the proper charger after the manufacturer sent a faulty one and then sent a new one ground UPS which took 2 weeks to get here. Peter called the manufacturer and got one sent to me overnight. I now use my scooter and love it but know that without Peter's help I would not have had it as soon as I did I want to say Thank You to Peter and thank you to your company for hiring him . He is great.

I want to thank you for all your work and persistence in helping us obtain reimbursements from Medicare and Anthem Blue Cross for the seat lift chair we ordered from EasyMed last October. You guided us through this somewhat complicated process with your expertise, patience and professionalism. You stayed right on top everything, calling me and the doctor for needed information. Because of your hard work, we received checks from both Medicare (approx. $275) and Blue Cross ($76) last month.

The chair has made a huge improvement in the quality of my mother-in- law's life. It enables her to be a little more independent and she loves the massage/heat feature! This was a gift for her 90th birthday and she tells us everyday how much she loves it.

Dear Ryan, I received the replacement DRIVE rollator; I’m very appreciative. Using the other one was rather tenuous. Without the proper seat I would have been in big trouble. It is gratifying to know that there are still some companies that are concerned about the customer.
