When will my order ship? Most orders are shipped via Federal Express or UPS and should arrive 2-5 business days after you place your order. Standard configured lift chairs should arrive within 2-5 business days with standard fabrics and options. Custom configured lift chairs can take from 5 business days to 4 weeks to arrive depending on the model, fabric and options you select. *LIFT CHAIR DELIVERY OPTIONS: HOME DELIVERY (Curbside) - FREE: Delivers to the curbside, does not include in home or set-up. IN-HOME DELIVERY (Ground Floor ONLY) - $30: Includes delivery of your lift chair inside the door, only available for ground floor delivery. WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY (In-Home & Set-up) - $150.00: Includes in-home and set-up. This is recommended for complete delivery, installation and set-up. POWER WHEELCHAIRS: Standard configured power wheelchairs should arrive within 3-5 business days for many manufactures. Power chairs with non-standard seat sizes or other custom options can take from 1-2 weeks to arrive, depending on the manufacturer. MOBILITY SCOOTERS: Travel and medium sized mobility scooters with standard options should arrive within 2-5 business days. Full sized or Heavy Duty mobility scooters with standard options can take 3-10 business days . The selection of some accessories on full-sized mobility scooters, such as special seating sizes, flat-free tires, lighting packages, or turn signal packages, are considered custom orders and will take from 1-3 weeks to leave the warehouse.Pacesaver mobility scooters are built to order, and take approximately 2 weeks to leave the warehouse. *All the above products are delivered via freight carrier. The freight carrier will call you to arrange a specific delivery time once the product is at their facility in your area.
