At EasyMedOnline.com, we want you to always select the right product for your needs. However, you may occasionally receive a product that doesn’t work for you. If you need to return an item, please call us at 800-996-6575 or email us at email@example.com and include your name, item and Order number.
If your item is defective or was damaged in shipping, please call us immediately 800-996-6575 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will arrange for the item to be replaced or repaired promptly.
Items may be returned within 15 days of receipt less a 20% to 25% restocking fee depending on the manufacturer. If the product has already shipped and is canceled the restocking fee is 25%. They must be returned at the customer’s expense in their original packaging and meet the following conditions:
1) Product must be in new condition - no cracks, scratches or dirty wheels.
2) Product must be returned in its original packaging.
3) Once the RA# and return address instructions have been received, products must be returned within 14 days.
Products that are custom-made by the manufacturer are non-returnable. Many of the Xtra Wide lift chairs fall in this category.
Also, for hygienic reasons, Bath Safety Equipment and Mattresses are non-returnable.
In addition, we must be notified within 48 hours of recipt for any intention to return a Golden Technologies Lift Chair.
Unless EasyMedOnline has made an error, return freight is the customer's responsibility. We highly recommend insuring larger items for their retail value to protect against shipping damage.
Please be sure to carefully follow all return-shipping instructions that are included with your Return Authorization number.
If an item is returned to the wrong address or does not have an RA#, no credit will be issued.
We will do our best to cancel your order before it ships. However, if your item has already shipped, our regular return policy will apply.
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time the warehouse received the returned item. Credit may take longer if the manufacturer delays the credit to EasyMedonline due to the condition of the item and or the additional cost of building the item for the customer.
